They forget that those customers create and sustain the bottom line.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy spending time with your family and loved ones. That also goes to everyone else who reads these comments on your blog.Susilienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10823324819388247649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3468322635677076272.post-44407396367948279392007-11-21T16:20:00.000-05:002007-11-21T16:20:00.000-05:00Way to go J:) Woo hoo:)Way to go J:) Woo hoo:)Molly Danielshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01488325587798390008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3468322635677076272.post-7513926194515042072007-11-21T13:02:00.000-05:002007-11-21T13:02:00.000-05:00Sigh. We were denied because 10 years ago, we had an outstanding amount, which we had paid off. The bank, having changed names 3 times in that period, doesn't show we paid it off, and supposedly the 'investigation' is still underway to find the transaction. All of our previous records are buried in storage, or have since been destroyed, as I only keep records for 7 years. And get this: My SS# clears; hubby's does not!
